Analysis of PRYME’s database on public procedures

Description: The Government of Chile, in its aim to reform and modernise the State, asked Newtenberg to study the procedures citizens have to go through in order to make improvements or simplifications. We were required to develop a web application which permits the government’s analysts to study the current chain of procedures in an attempt to propose all the corresponding changes.

• Importing of procedure data from their original source.
• The processing of data allows the generation of "procedure chains", to find "final nodes" and to store in a suitable format.
• In the application, a user with permission is able to analyze via Web a series of procedures and to define them as a "specific procedure" which is stored for a later comparison.
